Android Smartphones: Why doesn't the data transfer work although Bluetooth is turned on and the serial number of the device is enterredn into the App?

It is often the case that the data transfer of smartLAB devices to an Android Smartphone with Android 6.0 or higher is not working properly.

In this case we recommend turning on the GPS function. After this, the transfer issue mostly is resolved. Having both Bluetooth and GPS activated the data transfer from a smartLAB device to the Smartphone work properly.
