Do you have issues connecting your smartLAB scale to the Samsung SHealth App or is your data not correctly transferred or your profile information is beeing deleted?
Through changes in the app there have been occuring some issues with the connection and data transmission in combination with the smartLAB scale. With a new software update we have resolved these issues. You can update the scale with only an android smartphone, that support ANT.
Please download the "smartLAB Flashtool" App from Google Play. Follow the instructions in the App to install the new update on your scale. Now the problems should be solved.
