Why is the smartLAB device not shown in my Bluetooth settings of my phone? Why can't I connect it through the Bluetooth settings?

The connection of most smartLAB devices is not enabled through the Bluetooth settings. They are connected directly to the wanted App. To pair a smartLAB device to an app, which supports this device, then go to device settings and look for the pairing function. Start scanning or pairing the device to the app. If you have issues with connecting your device to your phone, please contact our support team.
